These diverse professional experiences have allowed me to develop a kind of hybrid approach to selling real estate which even allows me to define a time line for the date of sale if necessary. This is important because all properties are different, all sellers are different and all markets are different. This is not a one-size-fits all business. Unfortunately, most real estate professionals are one trick ponies and try to fit all shapes and sizes into the same mold. I reshape the mold according to each individual property and its owner!

I have turned traditional sales and pricing strategies on their heads. They seem counter intuitive to even the most seasoned Realtors. However, this business is all about people, personalities, emotions and psychology, key ingredients that allow me to attract more buyers. My approach takes a different path from most agents. But ultimately, it doesn’t matter how you achieve market value as long as you get there. My path just gets us there more quickly!

The diversity of my experience does not stop there. I have lived in three different countries, the US, Germany and the Bahamas. I am a native speaker of both English and German. I have had years of experience in both the entertainment and hospitality industries before going into real estate 8 years ago.
